Iman Adeosun-Awopeju
Iman serves as the Executive Director, Strategic Business & Project Development at Woodrock Energy Resources Limited, where she leads strategic planning and the end-to-end execution of key projects across the company’s portfolio. She oversees initiatives from conceptualization through to delivery, supporting Woodrock’s growth across power, oil & gas, and related sectors.
With experience spanning both international finance and the energy sector, Iman brings a strong background in financial analysis, investment strategy, and project development. She began her career with leading global institutions, including Fidelity Investments in the United Kingdom and Citigroup in New York, before transitioning into the energy sector at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where she gained experience in energy audit and assurance.
Iman has over 7 years of experience in energy project management and development, with a focus on downstream oil and gas infrastructure. She was also a key member of the bid preparation team for the Ughelli Power Plant, contributing to one of Nigeria’s major power sector transactions.
At Woodrock, her portfolio spans downstream infrastructure, upstream investments, power projects, and strategic development initiatives, where she plays a critical role in driving partnerships, project delivery, and long-term value creation.
Iman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom.
