Babafemi Amure serves as the Executive Director, Strategy & Corporate Services at Woodrock Energy Resources Limited, where he oversees the company’s strategic planning, corporate governance, and project execution frameworks. He is responsible for shaping long-term strategy, managing key corporate initiatives, and ensuring the efficient delivery of Woodrock’s operational and strategic objectives.

With over two decades of experience, Babafemi has a strong track record in project initiation, management, and delivery across infrastructure and development sectors. He began his career as a Project Development Manager with London Underground, where he was responsible for developing business cases for major infrastructure projects.

Over the past 15 years, he has consulted internationally and within Nigeria for global institutions, including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and various United Nations agencies, providing strategic advisory, program design, and implementation support for high-impact initiatives. This experience has equipped him with deep expertise in governance, stakeholder management, and cross-sector collaboration.

Babafemi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Greenwich University, UK, and a Master’s degree in International Business from New Buckinghamshire University. His blend of international experience, strategic insight, and project management expertise supports Woodrock’s growth and commitment to operational excellence.
